Our delivery times are within 3 working days for main city centres and within 5 working days for outlying areas. ZANDO wants to deliver on time as promised. However, things happen and so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

3 Hour Delivery – Must have your order today? R80 will ensure delivery of your order to your door within 3 hours. Only certain Cape Town areas qualify, and orders must be placed before 15:00 on a working week day. Not available for Pay@, COD and EFT payment options.
Next Day Delivery – Need your goodies quick and fast? R60 will ensure delivery of your order to your door the next working day! Only certain main centre areas qualify, and orders must be placed before 16:00 on a working week day. Not available for COD and EFT payment options.
2Day Express Delivery – R25 will ensure your order is delivered within 2 working days! Only certain main centre areas qualify, and orders must be placed before 16:00 on a working week day. Not available for COD payment options.
Standard Delivery – All orders over R250 qualify for FREE delivery, please see the delivery fee calculated at checkout if your order is below R250. Applicable to all areas within South Africa.
Please note that some bulky items (like duvets and pillows) may only be available on Standard Delivery.
Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane and Kimberley can expect delivery within 3 working days.

Note: a day refers to a normal business day and would exclude Saturday/Sunday and public holidays.
When do we start counting days? It depends on your payment method:
EFT and Pay in Store payments - The next working day after payment has been received.
Non EFT (CC/DD & eBucks) - The next working day after the order has been placed.
COD - The next working day after the order has been placed
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that your package is on its way. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
Any delivery is subject to acts which is beyond the control of Zando due to force majeure including (but not limited to) inability to secure labour, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, materials or supplies, or by any act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, lockout, or other labour disputes, fire, flood, drought or legislation.
Tracking and Delivery
To follow your order, please use the tracking ID / order number sent to you in your confirmation email. Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, you agree to inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage. Zando’s delivery man will wait for you to try on your purchase, making sure it suits your needs. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.
