Terms & Conditions


  1. This promotional competition is organised by Jade E-Services SA (Pty) Ltd trading as Zando.
  2. The promotional competition is open to permanent residents and citizens of South Africa over the age of 18 years except any employee, director, member, partner, agent or consultant or any person directly or indirectly who controls or is controlled by the Promoter.
  3. By entering the promotional competition, all participants and the winner agree to be bound by these rules which will be interpreted by the Promoter and whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, modify, change, postpone, suspend or cancel this Competition and any prize(s) (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoter reasonably deem necessary.
  4. The promotional competition commences on 1 November 2012 and ends on 16 November 2012.
  5. Participants stand a chance to win a voucher to the value of R2000. The voucher is only valid for one purchase, for products only on the selected “style” page (Diva, Bohemian, Lover, Surfer)
  6. To stand a chance to win, participants are required to tweet the #findyourstyle hashtag, followed by the link to their selected “style” (Diva, Bohemian, Lover, Surfer) web page.
  7. The winners will be notified via email or phone on 30 November 2012.
  8. Should any dispute arise in relation to the interpretation of the interpretation of these competition rules, the Promoter’s decision shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
  9. The Promoter may require the winners to be identified, photographed and published in printed media, or to appear on radio and television, when accepting their prizes and they consent to the Promoter using these images and their names.
  10. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  11. The competition is not open to Zando employees.
