1. Download the Zando Application onto your Smartphone

Once you have successfully installed the Zando shopping app, open it and follow the prompts that allow the app to send you notifications and track your location.
Q: Why do I need to have my location/notification settings on?
A: To ensure complete transparency and peace of mind, Zando will send you notifications regarding your future orders and also keep you informed on future deals and developments. Additionally, all parcels will be delivered straight to your doorstep and, in that case, a physical address will be needed.
Thereafter, go to the “Sign in” tab and select “Register”. (If you already have a profile, select “Sign In” and complete the form) You will then be redirected to a form that requires you to fill in your particulars. After that, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Start Shopping!
Scroll-through, browse and discover your new fashion favourites for men, women, children and homemakers from a selection of over 550 brands to shop online. The Zando app is easy to navigate and even has a convenient voice prompt to help you along.
4. How to buy?
Has something caught your eye? Bag it before it’s gone! Select your size and add the item to your cart. If you want to continue shopping, simply keep browsing and adding more items to your cart. Once you are ready to complete your purchase, go to the cart icon and check out.
You will be prompted to enter your particulars (name, surname, contact & address) before completing the final step. Be assured that all information divulged is safe and confidential.

5. Is Payment Safe?
Zando offers 7 safe payment options. Should you choose the credit/debit card option, rest assured that we won’t have access to any of your card details and that your card details will by no means be available to, or accessible by, us or any third parties.
