Is online shopping safe?

Many of you may have had your interests piqued by our newsletters and created an online profile with us. You may have browsed through our vast categories and even ‘hearted’ a few things to add to your wishlist. If an item really resonated with you, you may have even placed it into your cart… but you didn’t complete your purchase because you weren’t sure about the safety of online shopping.

We know that you have your reservations about shopping online, but allow us to convince you otherwise. 

 

Is online shopping safe?

The fear of online shopping is linked to the fear of the unknown; you don’t know who you’re dealing with, what the processes are, where the items come from and the uncertainty of waiting on your purchase ─ we understand. 

In order to reduce some of your doubts, we’ve compiled a mini-FAQ to answer some of the questions you may have:

•    Browse the categories or search for something specific

•    Add items to cart and click ‘proceed’

•    Fill out the requested details and click the ‘checkout’ button

•    You will then be taken to an order confirmation page which will issue your order number and delivery timelines

3.    Are my personal details safe?

Rest assured, we don’t have access to any of your card details and your card details will by no means be available to, or accessible by us or any third parties. 4.    How do I pay?

5.    What are my delivery options?

•    All Standard Delivery orders over R250 will be free

•    Zando Fashion Marketplace orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days

•    Delivery of Zando Deals orders may take 10-15 working days

•    There are 7 delivery options including:

–    After-hours Delivery

–    Weekend Delivery

–    PostNet Delivery

–    3 Hour Delivery

–    Next Day Delivery

–    2 Day Express Delivery

–    Standard Delivery (5-7 working days)

 

6.    How do I return an item?

Returns must be logged within 14 days of the order being delivered

•    Log in and go to the ‘My Account’ section

•    Click on the ‘Order History’ link under ‘Orders’

•    Find the order/item which you wish to return and click ‘Request Return’

•    Choose which address the courier should pick up your return from

•    Select the preferred refund method for your return

•    Select the ‘Request Return’ button at the bottom of the form

•    We will send a courier to collect returns logged within the 14 day return period
