There is a dedicated page online for you to enter these details, which you can find here, however you can also head to the products page and fill the form right then and there. Easy.
To simplify, if you’re eyeing something specific like sneakers, or dresses, swimwear, running shoes on Zando, but you’ve seen it for a little less on another site or in another store, you can fill in details such as your personal info (so we can be in contact) where you found it, for how much, etc. Thereafter, if your claim is valid we will beat the price and you’ll save.
Here is a scenario of how Best Price works:
Maria managed to save R300: While shopping on Zando she came across the Classic Nike Cortez shoes which were more expensive than the flyer she received in the post. She then took a pic of these shoes with the cheaper price and submitted it using the price check form below.
