Lockdown South Africa

In support of the government's decision to enact a countrywide lockdown, and placing the safety of our staff, customers and the general public at the forefront of our minds, we will be ceasing all warehouse and delivery operations until the lockdown has been lifted.

We will remain open for transacting over this period, but we will only process and deliver orders after the lockdown.

Our extremely dedicated Customer Loyalty team will be on hand working remotely to ensure their safety and will be contactable via our Contact Us page: https://www.zando.co.za/contact-us/. They will respond to all queries and concerns throughout this period.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

When will I receive my order?

If you have not received your order by Thursday, 26 March 2020, we will contact you to find out if you would still like to receive your order after the lockdown or if we should cancel it.

When will you collect my return?

If your return has not been collected by Thursday, 26 March 2020, it will be collected after the lockdown period has ended.

I am still waiting on my refund.

1) If your return has not been processed at our warehouse by Thursday, 26 March 2020, your refund will only be processed once the lockdown has ended.
2) If your return has been processed at our warehouse by Thursday, 26 March 2020, your refund will be processed within 10 days, depending on your refund method.

Can I collect my order at your warehouse?

Unfortunately, not.

Can I drop off my return at your warehouse?

Unfortunately, not.

How do I contact customer service?

To comply with the nationwide lockdown, all our staff are working remotely. Our Customer Loyalty team's phone lines are closed, but you can reach us by completing the Contact Us form on our website.

I want to cancel my order.

If your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel it. If your order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse, we will be able to cancel your order and begin processing your refund.

What if I place and order during the lockdown period?

We will still be taking orders over this period, but due to the lock down all operations has been temporarily suspended. As soon as these are lifted we will notify you and begin processing for delivery.
