Women’Secret Present “LOTTO” by Mariechan

Women’Secret has partnered with Mariechan to bring to life her latest music video “LOTTO”, which talks about the realisation of a women’s self-worth. It shows the battle between self-worth and self-doubt that women seem to constantly fight. Women’s Secret is designed to become the brand of underwear, sleepwear and swimwear for women from 25 to 45 years old, who want to feel their best at all times.

 

 

As women we always seem to audition to play our authentic selves. We have to do a song and dance (becoming a completely different version of ourselves) in an effort to justify who we truly are. Often the audition begins when we are all alone; inside of our own minds. We allow our insecurities, our past, what society has defined us to be and our shortcomings to dictate which roles we get to play in the lives of people around us but also, our own lives.

This campaign really resonates with me. As a woman, I continually battle with facing my own insecurities. The story told in this video is very close to my heart. The #iloveme movement is so powerful and more relevant than ever before; as women we need to stand up for ourselves, learn to embrace our flaws and exude self-love while not tolerating anything less. – Marketing Co-ordinator for Women’Secret South Africa
