I love it

This has got to be the cutest dress ever. Suitable for smaller kids and also for the tweens who think they are teens as it is still quite cute and not too girly girl with frills. Love the material. The cut is on the bigger side so you could get away with sizing down and no need to size up if that's what you usually do.
