After washing, whenever possible, rinse the casserole dish with hot water and dry it immediately so that it maintains its original shine, as chlorine and substances contained in water can leave stains on the casserole dish. Do not leave the empty pan on a heat source. Leave hot pans only on heat-resistant surfaces. The stainless steel handles heat up during cooking, so wear gloves when handling.
