Cash on delivery

Credit/Debit/Cheque Card - Pay securely with your Mastercard or Visa. We make use of the 3D-Secure authentication system to verify cardholder details with your bank; this links you directly to your bank via a secure link. The transaction then takes place within your bank’s secure environment and we won’t have access to any of your card details. You can rest assured that your card details will by no means be available to, or accessible by, us or any third parties. When you return a purchase, the specified amount will be credited back to your bank account after it has been approved.

You can only redeem one voucher or coupon code per order. When wanting to redeem a voucher or coupon you can either:

How do I use my store credit?

Just follow the steps below to redeem your store credit

1. Log into your profile (Your store credit will only be visible if you are logged into your profile. You can only use or test the code if you are logged into your profile as the code is user-specific.)

2. Click the Zando Credit button

3. Select the item/ items you'd like to purchase

4. Proceed to checkout

5. Manually add in your credit code (Please note: the code is case sensitive. Please ensure that there are no spaces before or after the code, as the code will not work)

Promotional Coupons:

A Zando.co.za promotional coupon can be used on Zando.co.za only and may have limitations. Promotional coupons may be received via newsletter sign-ups, newsletters, social media promotions and other marketing activities.

Examples of limitations are a minimum spend amount, the coupon may not be valid on sale items, a validity and usage period, the coupon may only be valid on certain items etc. All promotional coupons will come with terms and conditions. Gift Vouchers

If you are lucky and have been given a gift voucher, you will be able to add this to your order and the amount will be deducted from the total order value. You will be able to use the gift voucher until the total value of the gift voucher has been used.

Store Credits:

If you return an item/s and select store credit as your refund method, or an item happens to be out of stock a store credit voucher code will be emailed to you to the value of the paid price of the item/s. This can then be used for future purchases at Zando.co.za. Store credits will be received only once the returned items have been processed by Quality Control. To qualify for store credit, items must be returned unworn in its original packaging and not damaged.

Store credit can be used on your orders until the total order value has been used.

You may receive items in your order separately because they are sold by different sellers and are shipped at different times.

Instant EFT - You will be redirected to a secure portal to log into your internet banking profile to complete your EFT payment. Please only complete the EFT payment via the process at the end of chekout and do not make an EFT payment outside of this process as we will be unable to apply it to your order. Instant EFT payments reflect immediately after confirmation and will not cause a delay in processing your order.

Cash on delivery - Pay for your purchase in cash when it is delivered to your door. This payment method is only available for certain postal codes in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg. COD attracts a R10 handling fee at checkout. Payment may only be made in South African rand. Make sure that you have the correct amount of cash ready as our delivery team will not have any change. Please also note that we don not offer any other handheld payment method on delivery. Your order will only be handed over to you once the full amount has been received by our delivery team. You will not be afforded an opportunity to try the garment or shoe on before payment. Should it so happen that you are not available to accept delivery on the first delivery attempt, you will be afforded a second delivery attempt within 1 additional Business Day of the first attempt, after which your order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse. In order to ensure the safety for you as well as our delivery team, COD will only be available on orders below R1,500.00 ( one thousand five hundred rand). COD payments will not be accepted in respect of International Marketplace orders.

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on zando.co.za. The order amount is inclusive of all taxes and shipping fees. In case your order is delivered partially you will be required to pay only for the item that has been delivered to you. The order amount will be mentioned on the parcel and the invoice. Fraud detection and prevention are very important to us. We take all steps to ensure that transactions are genuine and that our customer's details are completely secure. All card transactions are processed via 3DSecure authentication, where the issuing bank validates the payment with their customer. This is to safeguard you, our customer and us against fraud as the bank will accept liability for any fraud which occurs.

If you experience trouble completing payment through debit/credit card, first thing to do is to make sure that your card is activated for online payments and that you have enough funds/limit to complete the transaction. Your bank can help you verify these details.

Some cards issued outside South Africa are also not supported on zando.co.za and may be declined.

The 3D Secure password is a payment verification process implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the Verified by VISA"" and Mastercard SecureCard"" services.

3D secure password is an additional one-time password, that you will be asked to enter on the payments page. This password is known only to you, and is sent to you via email or text. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.

When paying with Debit / Credit card on zando.co.za, we will ask you for your 16 digit Card number (the number across the front of your card) and expiry date and CVV (Card Verification Value). Please note that zando.co.za does not save your card information unless you specify that we should.

Cash on delivery

It could be that:

  • You have a Zando Global or other non qualifying product in your cart.
  • Your total cart value exceeds our Cash On Delivery order limit of R1500.
  • Your delivery area is not eligible for Cash On Delivery.

Delivery is FREE for orders R400 or more and R50 for orders under R400.
