Not happy at all

I bought this 2 piece for a wedding to which I didn't wear it. I did not get to wear the suit because the skirt came and it was too big, I ordered a size 38 as that is my waist size. The top on the other hand was too small, I ended up giving it to my friend who is a size 32 to wear and it fit her perfectly. I was very excited for this product yet I was very disappointed.
