not the same

The dress in the picture and the dress that was sent are not the same. The one in the picture has some yellow detail. The dress sent to me however is plain black and white. I cannot return the dress as I have a wedding to attend this weekend so I have to make due with the black and white dress however this is false advertising honestly...
