First time ordering from Zando and really impressed. No idea why the order fulfillment rate is shown as 'very poor' for this seller? My shoes arrived on the earliest of the expected dates provided and tracking status was accurately updated at each stage of the process. Very happy with the quality, fit and price. 10/10 Thank you!
