I don't like it at all

It is incredibly uncomfortable, the soles are hard it's just all our uncomfortable I've bought so many things over the years from Zando and this is the first time I hate something It's so pretty but it's a hard no thank you. Too bad I can't return them as I've thrown out the invoice..
