Zando defrauded me on this item

I bought the item/s and was not able to try them on in time as I was traveling. I knew I had 14 days to try them on before being eligible to send them back. On the 11th day, I tried to return them. Even the webpage said I had time. They refused to take them back and now I am stuck with items that are too big to wear and they will not accept an exchange/return.
