Sad to say the least
I only opened the cargo pants this morning as I did not open it with the other items in the same order. I was very disappointed that the drawstring of the cargo pants was missing. I don't think it's fair that I paid for an item that is "defective" for lack of a better word. A customer should get what they paid for. Value for the money. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
