Not sure yet if it works

There is no instruction leaflet. The box says to use it for 7 minutes. The device only stays on for 45seconds at a time. I was under the impression that it was portable. It only works off USB power. Time will tell if it works or not. Zando shopping process was easy and international delivery was in 11 days - which is really good.
