Flat battery

You would expect a brand new watch to work! I had to take it to a local watchmaker to fit a new battery. This mostly defeats the object of buying online. The instructions that arrived with the product or were available online were unhelpful - only saying "if the watch is not working, wind it manually. " Now that the watch is working I am happy with it.
