I didn't receive it!!!!!

I placed an order for this particular item on 20 March 2020 (order number: 400835782). You marked it as delivered on 1 April 2020 - it was NOT DELIVERED. I emailed you to notify you on 1 April - I (miraculously) received a return email to say that the matter would be looked at. It was not. The case was closed. The issue had not been resolved. In an attempt to resolve this, I emailed you on the following dates: 1 April 5 April 15 May 20 May 31 May 12 June 1 July. I sent you a message on Twitter on 25 June. You replied on the 26th and asked me to DM. So I sent you a DM on: 26 June 20 June 12 July You have yet to reply to me. I tried FaceBook too, on: 25 June 1 July I have tried to resolve this on 12 occasions. I also tried to phone your call centre, but it no longer exists. You claimed that you tried to contact me on a number of occasions - I can assure you that this is a lie. I want my money back. Your theft is shameful and I want this resolved.
