I ordered a white duvet cover, but the one a received was cream!!! I could not return the cover because the return date expired because they marked it that it was delivered 12 April 2024 although I only received my order on 26 April 2024. Zando service is the worst!!!!

Not true size, it's too big to fit in the actual Double Duvet covers. It makes folds inside the duvet because it's bigger than the normal Double inner.
