Black seed is a plant that has been used for so many years to make medicines. Black seed is known as a great immune booster, it is said to be a cure for all conditions. It is recommended to use this product with natural honey. 

Directions for internal use:
- Take half teaspoon of black seed(powder) and mix it with 1 teaspoon of honey, eat it and drink water or
- Mix half teaspoon of black seed (powder) in hot water, add one teaspoon or tablespoon of honey, stir it and then drink your black seed tea.

For external use:
This product can be used as a face mask
Directions for use:
- Take 1 teaspoon of black seed(powder) and mix it with 1 teaspoon of honey
- Apply the mixture on your face. Leave it for 20 – 30mins
- Rinse it off after and apply your moisturizer
